Lord. It's seriously been ages since I updated this journal. I think I may start to get back into it all. Shall I? I don't expect a response of course seeing as though no one reads this lol but anyhoos.
Watched a few awesome DVD's this weekend:
Somersault (Can't believe I wanted so long, I loved it)
Dark City (Man, the best movie EVER)

And I'm going to watch The Children of Paradise today. Thanks to Quickflix, I don't even have to leave my house to borrow any DVDs :)

Man. Working on my marketing mix assignment. I'm actually getting into it but I have no idea what I am talking about cos I only went to 2 out of 6 of the lectures...oops.
Well, went to IKEA today and bought my sexy new desk. My room is looking mighty fine people. I just gotta get a TV stand and some decorations ie fairy lights, cool quilt cover, curtains and some art work for my bare, bare walls. All that hangs from my walls is my Johnny Depp poster and that isn't even on my wall. It's on the back of my door cos he is only for my eyes! haha.
Weekends go so fast. Why? why? why? So annoying.
Anyone want to suggest some random movies for me to watch? Especially more older movies ie >10 years ago. That would be awwwww-shome. Although, I don't think anyone reads this so called journal.
Well, off to have a shower and then finish my assignment then HOPEFULLY vatch a dvd :D

Bah. I've been working on my marketing assignment all day and I have only finished a page lol. I'm so distracted and I have Gilmore Girls going on in the background which doesn't help.
Oh oh oh! Watched a few movies in the past few days:
Charlie & the Chocolate Factory: Holy crap. Johnny Depp is still hot as a freaky toothed, sun deprived, bowl hair cut dude. So funny. Tim Burton = god.
Last Days: Can someone say 'hoootyyyyyy'?! Michael Pitt so hot in this movie. I really loved this movie. The style of filming, the long scenes. Just amazing. I watched Elephant when I came home too. Wow.
Lords of Dogtown: God, I didn't expect I would love this movie so much. I actually want to see it again and I am actually going to praise Health's performance. I feel the urge to skateboard but I would love to learn to surf.
...thats all I can remember lol.

Omg. My new favourite movie that I am completely and seriously obsessed with - The Bridges of Madison County. It is the most amazing movie ever. Meryl & Clint were amazing together. Wow. I want to watch it again but I don't want to wreck it like I did with other movies I have obsessed over in the past.
Listed about 50 pieces of clothing for sale on ebay. My wardrobe is totally looking grim lol. I want to feed it but I have no money. I sold my iPod pink mini too so I can get something bigger. I am thinking of getting a Creative Touch Zen in 20GB. They seem cool and I am so over the iPod.
Beh. So don't want to go to work tomorrow. I can't wait to hand in my resigination heheh SUCKERRRRSSS!!!
It looks like I actually have a busy week next week which is so strange cos I hardly ever go out - EVER. It should make the week go fast anyways.
Well, I'm going to go watch Betty Blue now. Expect a long, huge post tomorrow cos I will no doubt be bored at work tomorrow...

Watching Seinfeld season 4 right now. God its the best. My friend lent me Curb Your Enthuiasm Season 1 so I think I might watch that this veekend.

God I hate work. Can't wait to quit that freaking hell whole. Hate the people. Hate the work.
Sigur Ros was AMAZING by the way. Incredible band. I can't get over the dudes voice. It is so different and high. I think I'm going to see a few more shows in the next weeks: Teenage Fan Club, Spoon & Architecture In Helsinki. Buying the tickets next week probably.
Well, gonna clean my grotesque room and then sleep my ass off...

Well, made a new layout today. It was a kinda spur of the moment kinda thing. I was looking up Bjork stuff and then I saw this pics and 15minutes later, this baby is born.
I'm watching Friends season 8 right now. I love Friends, sooooo good. Ross is so fucken funny lol.
Borrowed some videos/dvds: Birthday Girl, Magnolia, The Virgin Suicides, 12 Angry Men & Jesus' Son. I've seen them all before except the latter two. Jesus' Son has Billy Crudup doing major 'pouting mouth' in it (according to the trailer) lol so I definitely can't wait to watch it!! Bought some dvds from eBay too: Garden State, The Door in the Floor, Labyrinth and Girl with a Pearl Earring (god dam Colin Firth is hot in that movie!). I'm also watching I Heart Huckabees, Sophie's Choice, Angels in America, The Straight Story, Elephant Man, Y Tu Mama Tambien, Being Julia, Vera Drake (thanks for suggesting some of those Hayley!) - haven't seen any of them and my video store doesn't have them so I'm going to buy them and if I don't like them, sell them lol.
My birthday on Wednesday. Turning 20. I was freaked but I don't care anymore. Age doesn't really mean anything if you think about it. Plus, I'm getting a DVD burner WAAAHOOOOOOOOO *dance*.
I emailed my college and they have internship opportunities with Miramax and Roadstar Films so I hope I get to do some work there for half a year or so. That would be AWESOME.
Okay, going back to selling my stuff on eBay....

So I'm on my lunch break right now. 1:16 and counting down to 5:00pm. So don't want to be here right now but I glad I came so I can take tomorrow off to do my marketing assignment *thumbs up*
So over the weekend I watched Gilmore Girls Season 2, Quills (which I loved! Kate Winslet rocks and so does Joaquin Phoenix - drool much?), One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest and excuse while I stop there and just say something, holy fuck, Jack Nicholson was so fucken hot in it!! I couldn't believe my eyes! I couldn't believe it was him!! I never seen any pictures of him as a young dude but hubba hubba, he has this cute look he does as well. Man he was hot, but how grotesque has he turned over the years man. Geezzuuuzzz. God, I can't get over it, I WON'T!! Having said that it was a brillant movie. Loved it alot. Sad. Uhh what else did I watch? Watched Thirteen again oh and In the Bedroom which I found kinda boring, no offence to people who loved it. I also borrowed Apocolypse Now which I can't bring myself to watch so I despise action movies, like watching action makes me want to poke my eyes out and throw them at the screen.
Couldn't sleep properly last night for some reason. And I had a really good dream when I did, and at the best part of it, I hear my T.V alarm turn on and I'm like GO AWAY!!! I don't want to go to work!!! Oh oh, I get 750$ or something like that tax back, kinda late I know, but finally.
I've been listening to Bjork lately and god I love her music. I have Human Behaviour stuck in my head right now <3 <3
God dam, Desperate Housewives is not airing for 3 weeks!! What the HELL am I going to do?! Motherfucker.

Okay, after watching Dancer in the Dark a few weeks ago (ps, which I believe to be one of the greatest movies ever - god, no movie has EVER made me cry or feel like that!), I've started to get into Bjork but I don't know where to start...any suggestions of what songs I should listen too?
Too tired to type...I borrowed The Piano from Heidi so I'm going to watch that...I saw it ages ago and loved it.

^ So I'm about to watch this movie :D I've been wanting to watch this freaking movie for sometime now so it better be good! I finished watching Charlotte Gray on TV. It was okay. Cate is so pretty. I liked the love side of it and Billy Crudup was soooo hooootttt (wannnnt to touch the hiney!) hahah. God dam, he is just too hot for his own dam good. I also watched The Life of David Gale and that was fucken incredible. Like, it wasn't the best movie I've seen but I really liked it. Kate Winslet is awesome, one of my favourite actresses. Such a sad movie. I also watched Boys Don't Cry and I liked that too. Hilary is a great actresses and I just loved the movie. Dam all these good movies.
People need to suggest some good movies for me to watch! I love love love dramas especially films that make you think - oh and I love my romantic dramas of course ^_- Did I mention that I watched Closer a while back? God I loved it. Saw Million Dollar Baby too and O-M-G - LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVVVVEDDDD IT. Clint is god. First Mystic River and then this, he is so talented. Has he directed anything else?
I've been so tired this week I duno why. I slept so much last night which is what I needed.
Okay, I'm tired. Going to watch this movie now.....

So I volunteered for Tropfest and it was fucken amazing. I loved it!! Me and my sis got there at 11:30 in the morning and I got to work in the VIP area but my sis had to work outside lol. Most of the morning we spent moving chairs, moving vip showbags, unpacking wine glasses, putting programs, food and water on chairs. When the 'celebrities' arrived I was asked to walk around with Krispy Kreme donuts and they were sucking those bad boys down like no tomorrow! lol I was lucky to get two for myself lol I didn't see anyone that famous, only heaps of Aussie TV, news, movies, models, radio people. Ian Thorpe was there, god he is grotesque lol. Who else, a few comedians and stuff. Health Ledger was there too. During the interval I got to hand out ice-creams and clean up the seating area a bit. God they are pigs.
Anyhoos, I watched the second half of films and I was sitting on the grass in the lane and I look up and I'm leaning against Heath Ledger's chair lol I didn't even notice. He grabbed my foot instead of his beer. He bashed into me so many times cos he wasn't paying attention, he was like talking to some dude from The Secret Life of Us and at the end of it when we were giving out showbags and wine, he asked for 3 boxes lol.
Had the best time though. The other volunteers I met were mad and so nice. I'm hoping to volunteer at Fashion Week too. I can't wait for next years Tropfest, it was sooooo awesome!! Nicole Kidman was supposed to go though, so bummed that she didn't.
Anyways, so tired, its so early but I'm going to go to bed and watch for Desperate Housewives to come on :)

So pissed! eBay is shitting me up the wall! FUCK.
So tired. Had to go to class last night. God I love my course, it's exactly what I want to do. I'm doing a part time Diploma in business (Marketing) with a major in Entertainment :) Excellent? *Waynes voice* haha My Marketing Fundamentals teacher is the best. Fuck she is funny.
On another note. I'm getting ANOTHER domain. Shit, I need to keep one for at LEAST, I duno, A WEEK!!!!! I love the name I have in mind. It's gorgeous and its from a gorgeous movie <3 I'll reveal the details later ^_-
I had to stay back for a while at work. Stupid people. Lucky Heidi stayed back with me to help me otherwise I might of been there for at least another 45minutes. God I hate work. Can't wait to quit.
Okay, I'm so tired right now, I'm going to bed and then watching a dvd.

God I love this show already! It's only the 2nd eppy ever but I'm already hooked. I think it's just awesome. Love love love love it!
Man, I just painted my nails purple and it's so hideous lol I think the nail polish is drying and it's all glugy and grotesque. I think I might take it off *barf*
Bah. It's so hot right now. And it's going to be over 30 degrees which means I'm going to wear a skirt which means I'll be spending most of tomorrow holding it down in the wind. Why the fuck does it have to be so windy in the city?! No matter how hot or cold it is, it's windy as all fuck and I have to walk around like FOOL holding my skirt down for all my life! hahah

I'm at work right now. So nothing that exciting is happening. Going to have lunch with Heidi, Karina & Sarah which I totally forgot about and I brought lunch in dam-et.
This morning has gone pretty darn fast if I don't say so myself. Just had some bits and pieces to do but no biggy.
I really want to see Closer already! God, it has probably closed man. I want to see Alfie too.
I watched Before Sunset & Before Sunrise on the weekend - awesome movies. MUST. BUY. NOW.
